Taking first place in our rankings of London’s top luxury apartments, Author King’s Cross is a brand new, Build-To-Rent development in one of London’s most connected locations. It offers a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, furnished and unfurnished, with flexible tenancies to suit your lifestyle. In addition, there are a range of lifestyle amenities including a resident’s lounge, fitness centre, co-working spaces and a private dining room. Author offers exclusive resident events and is pet-friendly.
Second-placed The Sessile is a collection of studio, one, two and three bed apartments located in the heart of Tottenham Hale. Amenities include a sizeable gym, yoga studio and spaces to work throughout The Sessile to support your working week, evenings and weekends alike. Furthermore, a Private dining room and a 24/7 concierge are also available.
Our third-ranked luxury apartment development in London is The Gessner in Tottenham Hale. The development offers 164 apartments to rent. These include a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. In addition, there’s a range of amenities available, including a gym, smart parcel lockers, free super-fast Wi-Fi and an 24-hour on-site team. Furthermore, residents can enjoy rooftop garden views, cosy lounges and an on-site café.
Boosted by great recent reviews to the number four spot, Dressage Court offers 104 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The development is located in East London and offers excellent views towards the City and Canary Wharf. There’s easy access to Bethnal Green’s tube and rail stations, while residents can access a 24-hour on-site team along with shared spaces that are free for all residents to enjoy. Bear in mind that this is a rental-only development.
Taking fifth place, Greystar’s Sailmakers is a Build to Rent scheme comprising 327 units. It is within the mixed-use Galliard Homes development, Harbour Central. The site is situated on the Isle of Dogs close to the River Thames, and less than a 10-minute walk from the heart of Canary Wharf.
