Taking first place in our rankings of London’s top luxury apartments, Author King’s Cross is a brand new, Build-To-Rent development in one of London’s most connected locations. It offers a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, furnished and unfurnished, with flexible tenancies to suit your lifestyle. In addition, there are a range of lifestyle amenities including a resident’s lounge, fitness centre, co-working spaces and a private dining room. Author offers exclusive resident events and is pet-friendly.
In second place, just a 12 minute train from Euston in leafy Harrow, you’ll find The Palm House. It’s filled with fully-furnished studio apartments and shared spaces. There is an on-site co-working space, gym, cinema, cafe and two panoramic roof terraces, all included in the monthly rent. Daily events range from boxing classes to wine tasting masterclasses. The Palm House iswithin easy reach of Harrow and Wealdstone station. You’re also a 25 minute walk from the quaint Harrow on the Hill, with its cafes, restaurants and independent shops.
