One very happy resident says it has: ‘High standard houses with great views to the hills’. They continue: ‘The development has been well thought out with a good mix of brick and render frontages. The larger houses have a good area in front which has been landscaped well. Our rear garden has also been well landscaped, with a mix of turf and a large number of shrubs and grasses. The play area has not yet been built as building is ongoing, but it will have a large grass and tree landscaped area around it with views to the hills and the coastline. Customer care so far has been excellent, with great attention to customer satisfaction by quickly dealing with the few minor issues that have arisen in the new house.’

Another 5-star review says: ‘The design of the property is amazing. The layout of the home is spacious and designed brilliantly. The laundry room is what really us the property, you do not see many of these features anymore and it makes the home feel bigger and somewhere for white goods to be. The size of the downstairs bathroom is really accessible. The size of the windows in the property make the house feel clean, spacious and luxurious.’
