Buckinghamshire property prices
Data from Rightmove (April 2024) states that homes in Buckinghamshire currently cost £502,046 on average. Terraced houses go for around £369,853. Meanwhile, semi-detached homes cost an average of £446,834, with detached properties going for just over £803,081.
At the time of writing, rental prices in the county are around £2,199 PCM on average. This ranges from £1,306 PCM for a one-bedroom home to £5,901 for a five-bedroom property. Although these figures are significantly higher than the average UK rental (£1,273 PCM in March 2024, including London), it still offers a cheaper alternative to renting in the capital.
