Located in Blackburn, Brookfield Vale takes the top spot for Lancashire. The Simple Life rental development is situated on top of the largest hills in the area, offering desirable views of the Pennines and a good mix of urban and rural living.

Moorfield Park sits in 2nd place on the Lancashire list, and offers a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, built with modern living in mind and to traditionally high standards. Clinching 4th place in our list of new build developments in Lancashire is Waterside by Story Homes. The development is a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Situated on the outskirts of Preston, Waterside offers rural living whilst only being three miles from the centre of Preston.
Number 5 on our list is Queen Victoria Place. Located just outside of Blackburn, it really does have has something to offer everyone. This well-connected new development benefits from excellent transport links, good schools and multiple nearby shopping outlets. This includes Blackburn’s largest retail park “The Mall”, which is only 1 mile away.
In 6th place, Canal Walk is another semi-rural development offering the desirable mix of tranquil countryside surroundings but with easy access to key roads. 9th place in Lancashire goes to Oak Leigh Gardens by Redrow Homes, which sits in between Pendle Hill and the Forest of Bowl, in the rural Ribble Valley. Taking the 10th top spot in Lancashire is this Northstone development, nestled within the Lancashire countryside. Keld in Barrowford is within easy reach of some of the North’s most popular towns and cities. Made up of 239 new build homes, Keld offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with fully fitted kitchens, flexible living spaces and large gardens.
In 11th, St Mary’s Park is a new development in the South Ribble Valley. Set in rural space, yet just ten minutes’ drive to the centre of the city of Preston. The development offers a collection of one two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, each designed to a high specification.
Taking 12th place on our list is Marples Grange, which offers a variety of different styles of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom new homes featuring both contemporary and traditional styles of finishes and architectural flourishes.
Next up, Blackfield Green is located within nine miles of the centres of Blackpool and Preston. An excellent base for travel throughout the North West, the village also offers two pubs, two primary schools and a small selection of shops in Warton, a ten minute walk away.
In a close run race for 14th position we have Lyndon Park, which is close to the centre of Great Harwood and offers a huge choice of homes from 2 bed bungalows to 4 bed detached family homes. Blackburn, Preston and Manchester are all within easy reach as well as a range of quality schools nearby.
