For our 2nd top-ranked development, we head into the heart of Birmingham. The development is situated within the wider Urban and Civic Houlton development, comprising of mixed tenure homes, schools and other amenities.
Penultimate place goes to Sherborne Place. This charming development is newly managed by ila, who took over from the previous management company, Native on 14th August 2023. The Neighbourhood offers 230 apartments balancing the buzz of inner city living with the tranquillity of waterside living. To finish thew list we’re heading back into the heart of Birmingham. Gilders Yard, located in the Jewellery Quarter, began welcoming residents from September 2022, offering 158 rental homes comprising one and two-bedroom apartments.
