Additionally, it is an easy walk from the Walthamstow Reservoirs, which lies just to the west of the development.

In seventh, The Chain is a development by L&Q that is located in Walthamstow and resides beside The Essex Brewery. Residents here benefit from being a short walk from Walthamstow Central Station and Walthamstow Bus Station. As well as, being located a short walk from the local shops and amenities in central Walthamstow.

Ninth place goes to Walthamstow Gateway, which features 79 apartments ranging from one to two-bedroom arrangements in a 12-storey building. Located adjacent to Walthamstow Central station, the development has access to rail services via the Overground and the Victoria Line. There’s also great access to the centre of Walthamstow with its large shopping centre.
