First place goes to New York Square by Moda. This rental-only development is a collection of 515 pet-friendly apartments, set in the heart of Leeds’ cultural district. The development provides a community rich with amenities, from co-working and meeting spaces to a media room, private dining and a roof terraces with panoramic views of Leeds City Centre and beyond.
Coming in second is Mustard Wharf, a new development located a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station. It consists of 247 pet friendly rental apartments in total. In addition, residents are able to enjoy various facilities, including a lounge and gym, and access to a 24-hour front of house team.
Third-placed Headingley Park is a very recent addition to HomeViews’ listings, but has already attracted overwhelmingly positive reviews from its extremely happy residents. One verified review reads:
“The development and the management are EXCEPTIONAL. I love the community events and added extras, the rent is expensive but worth it for being pet friendly, the on site support, facilities in the flats and the fitness classes. The residents lounge is fab and I love the resident events that get put on.”
In fourth, Mercer West & Madison East is a Build to Rent development by Hestia managed by Savills. Located in Leeds’ vibrant cultural quarter, Mercer West and Madison East are just a short walk from the River Aire and its scenic waterside venues.
In fifth, Leodis Square by Dandara Living is also located in central Leeds and offers studio to three-bedroom apartments. It also provides an on-site gym, a pet-friendly policy and community events. To top it all off, the development is just five minutes from Leeds’ business and retail districts.
The Junction sits sixth in the West Yorkshire rankings. The development is a collection of 665 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The stylish Build to Rent residential and retail scheme also includes parking and cycle storage.
