HomeViews continues to add new, high-profile developer and operator partners, with visitor numbers on the site soaring by over 400% since 2019.
Increasing numbers of property hunters are turning to property and developer reviews to research and find their next home. Since the lockdown began in March, HomeViews has also seen an increased appetite for collaboration among developers and operators to enhance their presence online. As a result, a number of high-profile companies have been added as new partners on the site in recent months.
Many of the UK’s top developers and operators now partner with HomeViews. As a result, these partners have been able to increase their visibility online, boost accountability and transparency, respond swiftly to reviews and receive detailed reports on resident feedback.
How do partners benefit?
Partner developers with a HomeViews marketing subscription are given more control over their company profile and development pages on the site. Partners also have content rights and full support in using HomeViews content across their marketing channels. This means positive reviews are amplified and any negative reviews can be addressed swiftly.
HomeViews has also added highly successful new partner features to the site in response to demand from site users. These features include the option for adding videos, listings and virtual tours within a development page. Extensive work has also been undertaken to improve the user experience of the site.
As a result of all these improvements, visitors are spending an average of more than 5 minutes on development pages. Bounce rates on the site are also remaining low.
