Which HomeViews Awards can be won?
The one all developments want is the HomeViews Rating of Excellence, which is awarded to those buildings that have achieved an overall rating of over 4 out of 5 stars.
There are five more awards given for those exceeding in category ratings of Design, Location, Lifestyle, Value and Build Management.
How are the HomeViews Awards calculated?
Rating of Excellence
This award is given to developments with an overall rating of 4 or higher out of 5. Most importantly, the development must have had at least 10 verified resident reviews added within the calendar year.
Category Award of Excellence: Design, Location, Lifestyle, Value and Building Management
These awards are given to developments where 50% or more of the verified resident reviews have rated that particular category 5 out of 5. The development must have had at least 10 verified resident reviews added within the calendar year, too.
Which developments have won HomeViews Awards?
