Living in Box makers yard is central to everything!!! 10 minutes to Cabot shopping center /broadmead, restaurants/ bars. Main bus route covering all over Bristol. Temple meads train station 5 minute walk. Lovely cafe/ bakery, sainsbury directly underneath property for your convenience!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problem or repairs have been rectified As soon possible

Outside parking is a issue with double yellow lines..

Box Makers Yard in Bristol is a great place to live, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The area has good transport links, making it easy to get around. There are nice open spaces to relax in, and the neighborhood feels safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is generally responsive and handles issues efficiently. Maintenance requests are addressed reasonably, and common areas are kept clean.

There are frequently homeless individuals around the building, which can be concerning and detract from the overall environment. It’s something to be aware of when considering the area.

I like all the stuff, they are helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and quiet, and the building is very secure. I liked that there were no restaurants or bars next to the building, which made the street quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff here are helpful and they respond quickly to any issue and work fast to resolve it.

I would love if I find this nice flat once I arrived Bristol

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The maim benefit is that the area is very quiet. The main disadvantage is the homeless people around The bus links are okay. It is great to love next to the train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very quick in fixing my issues. They came quickly and helped me a lot

I wish I had known the ways around in the building.

Close to work and shopping Close to Bristol Temple Meads Station Some homeless people close to the apartment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Did raise the issue of lack of cleaning of apartment before move in, but awaiting a response

Apartment is not as modern as described, white goods are slightly above average
