The location is close to the city centre, designer shops, supermarkets , theatre, cinema, great restaurants and cool bars The coach station is a stone throw away, the train station is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There’s ample parking, the surroundings are quiet and green and it feels like living in a resort!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to any issues, very efficient service any time of day and night. I had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and the staff is not only competent but also friendly and patient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything I needed to know before moving in due to the thorough viewing process, the inventory system provided so much information and the staff is so knowledgeable about the area.

Living in the heart of city centre/ walking distance to shopping, restaurants and many more, I love the ease of access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always available to any issues addressed. The app is easy to use and if you have any issues speaking to the receptionist always helps.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking facilities as it was a little challenging to unload my things. But later was advised that it's easier to bring things from the back of the building.

Really well placed, bus station 5 min walk Victoria shopping centre 5 min walk, all bars and restaurants are walking distance as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is an app and you can log tickets for any issue or concern.

I would liked to know there is and collage next to it 😁

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living at Moda as it’s in a good central location.Shops ,bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff are all friendly especially Shari who is always consistent and willing to help anytime. She has been there since I moved to Moda and is very approachable.

Maintenance respond to issues promptly and solve the problems

Wish I’d known there wasn’t a cap on students It’s a great place to live, but sometimes I feel there are too many students

The place is lovely and ive been living here for the past 2years and i dont plan on leaving the place is amazing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything was fixed asap soon as possible cant complain only positive.

The utilities are expensive i pay £160 per month for 1 bed.
