East Croydon has excellent transport links. 15 minutes to London Bridge or London Victoria. There are plenty of shops and places to eat!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond very quickly to emails and questions.

The whole team who work here are brilliant. They are always warm and friendly and happy to help tenants.

The best aspect of living in the local area is that I can travel anywhere as train stations are everywhere. The bad is that BoxPark can be a bit loud on days where I would want to rest.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only have 2 issues whilst being here and both were addressed immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I realised how loud it can get on event nights at BoxPark.

Very good location of the property in terms of transport links to Central London. The property is kind of away from the main street but still close enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very responsive and will arrange someone to address and fix the problems same of next days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building sits right 'next' to the stations but yet it is not affected by the train noises.

Location is great , anti-social behaviour on the street is unfortunately very common. Building has amazing insulation, temperature in the flat is kept very constant. Appliances are very good and furniture (apart from the couch that I don’t find comfortable) is very good quality.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far all issue raised by us were promptly actioned

I wish I knew how good the insulation of the building is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great choice of bars, local pub, a gastro pub/ restaurant. Plus Amazon Fresh just around the corner. Parking a bit of a constraint as there is literally no street parking - there is a Pay Park, very reasonably priced. Excellent train links to Central London ( Victoria, London Bridge, Gatwick), plus direct bus to Heathrow and trams all the way into Wimbledon.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and efficiently - never had to wait longer than an hour for a response.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When hosting a private event on the 1st Floor Common space, there should be way of giving temp access to guests to use toilets (which are outside the common space) - without having to use the one key fob (of the resident)..
