Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Queen Street Quarter has its ups and downs. The local amenities are generally good, with a diverse range of shops catering to most needs. We have several supermarkets, and a weekly farmers' market that adds charm to the area. The restaurant scene is vibrant, offering various cuisines from casual cafes to upscale dining options. There are also several cosy bars and pubs for socialising. Green spaces are a highlight, with well-maintained parks and walking trails nearby. Abbey Park is particularly lovely for weekend strolls or picnics. Transportation is convenient, with regular bus services and a train station within walking distance. However, during peak hours, buses can be overcrowded, and there are occasional delays on the train line. Cycling infrastructure could be improved, as some areas lack dedicated bike lanes. Living on Queen street is generally pleasant, but parking can be a challenge, especially for visitors. Bin collections are reliable, occurring weekly without major issues. Noise levels are moderate, with some traffic during rush hours but generally quiet at night. Overall, while there are some inconveniences, the positives of living in this area outweigh the negatives, making it a generally enjoyable place to call home. :)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In my experience at Queen Street Quarter, the building management's response to issues has been generally satisfactory, though with some room for improvement. When I've raised concerns, the staff has been polite and acknowledged my complaints promptly. Overall, while there's room for improvement in handling more complex issues and maintaining consistent communication, the building management at Queen Street Quarter is generally responsive and aims to address residents' concerns in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The proximity to popular bars and clubs means that Friday and Saturday nights can be quite lively outside, with noise from revellers and occasional late-night music carrying into the early hours. This can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers or those with early morning commitments. Additionally, I wasn't fully aware of the limited parking situation. While there is some on-site parking available, it's not sufficient for all residents, and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This can lead to difficulties finding a spot, especially during peak hours or when returning late at night.

Everything is a step away once you walk out of the building. Alot of good cafes, theatre, parking and all the shopping stores be it clothes or food are just 5 min away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All my issues have been handled nicely till date. Special mention to Izabela, who handles the management office. She has always responded me politely and tried to resolve my issue at the earliest.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just the one thing I wished could be better is availability of lift in the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its in close proximity to bars and restaurants as well as several transport hubs. Due to its city centre location it has a bit of anti social behaviour. Lots of art and cultural stuff locally.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quickly usually and deal with things within a week.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i knew to keep a close eye on emails from the building.
