10 George Street by Vertus is rated at number 8 on this list of the 10 best London developments for value. This new Build to Rent scheme achieves an impressive 4.38 rating for value, and rises 37 storeys above new district Wood Wharf. The development comprises 327 apartments overlooking waterside gardens and boardwalks below.

Rated at 4.35 for value, CQ London by A2Dominion Rental Only is comprised of 95 apartments. Residents can enjoy the 24-hour concierge and roof top views over London. In addition, CQ London is located in Limehouse, a short 6-minute walk away from Limehouse station. Residents can access a range of transport options, including DLR and c2c services.

Completing the list in tenth place is Lawrence Square – a new-build development in Tottenham, North London comprising apartments, townhouses and co-working spaces. The development is a short walk from Seven Sisters station, which means residents can easily access the Victoria line and Overground train services.
