The annual HomeViews Awards have revealed the UK’s very best Build to Rent developments. The definitive rankings are based solely on reviews submitted to HomeViews by verified residents. As such, both the review data and awards paint a telling picture of the BTR sector during the recent exciting period of innovation and growth in the sector.
Regional developments dominate
Regional developments made up six of the top 10 developments under 300 units, and nine out of the 10 winners with 300 units or more. The Trilogy from Allsop won the top development award for the Northwest, and also triumphed in the overall national award for developments of fewer than 300 units.
The top-ranked development with more than 300 units was Aberdeen’s The Point, from Dandara Living. Meanwhile, the top 3 Midlands developments (all from Birmingham), all featured within the top 5 rankings of both the under 300 and over 300 unit lists.
