Citra Living at Kenning Brook has shot straight to the top of the Derbyshire rankings in our latest update. Kenning Brook is a brand new development featuring a collection of three and four-bedroom homes. The homes at Kenning Brook have been designed to a high standard and benefit from a ‘fully inclusive’ specification. This includes a fully fitted kitchen, contemporary bathrooms and light, spacious living areas. Homes include open plan kitchen/diners, intergrated appliances, en-suites, parking and gardens.
