The top spot in Tower Hamlets is occupied by Bethnal Green’s Dressage Court. There are 104 rental-only one, two and three-bedroom apartments in this development by Essential Living. It offers easy access to Bethnal Green’s tube and rail stations, with views towards the City and Canary Wharf. In addition, residents can access a 24-hour on-site team along with shared spaces that are free for all residents to enjoy.
Second place is taken by Greystar’s Sailmakers, a Build to Rent scheme, comprising 327 units. It is within the mixed-use Galliard Homes development, Harbour Central. The site is situated on the Isle of Dogs close to the River Thames, and less than a 10-minute walk from the heart of Canary Wharf. In addition, transport links come courtesy of nearby South Quay DLR and Canary Wharf’s DLR and Underground services. Residents enjoy fast and frequent connections to the likes of Bank and Monument.
In 3rd place, 10 George Street rises 37 storeys above Canary Wharf’s new district, Wood Wharf. The development comprises 327 apartments, which overlook waterside gardens and boardwalks below. In addition, residents have exclusive access to “Club Vertus.” This includes access to a 24/7 gym studio, self-service bar, private dining room and lounge which opens out onto a large, south-facing terrace. Taking 4th position, Fizzy Stepney Green has a prime setting in E1, very close to Stepney Green Underground and Queen Mary’s University. There are one, two and three-bedroom apartments here, managed by Greystar.

Next up in 8th place, Marner Point by Barratt London is a residential development situated in Jefferson Plaza in Bow. Residents can enjoy access to a resident’s only gym as well as a communal roof terrace. The development is moments away from Bromley By Bow Underground station with links to the District and Hammersmith & City lines.
There’s a lot of change happening in the Tower Hamlets rankings, and Ten Park Drive has just entered the top 10 in 9th position. This is a contemporary development by Canary Wharf Group, situated in the heart of Canary Wharf and comprising just under 350 apartments. Floorplans span studios, one, two and three-bedroom units. Transport links come courtesy of Canary Wharf station (for Jubilee line and DLR services). along with nearby Heron Quays.
Finally, in 10th place we have The Silk District, which offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus studios. Additionally, it is close to Whitechapel’s London Underground and London Overground stations. As well as this, it is within walking distance of Shoreditch and Brick Lane.
Tower Hamlets is an East London borough, stretching from the edge of the City of London to the west, all the way to Stratford at its northeast border.
