Our research indicates that there are currently around 69,000 developments under construction across London. Almost two-thirds of these will be available as rental only or Build to Rent, suggesting a huge increase in investment for the rental market.
We’ve clearly labelled any listed developments that are ‘In Construction’, so you can see what’s coming soon in a location you’re considering. Remember, this label isn’t given to developments that are multi-phased. In other words, with some homes launched and some still being built, as these ones have residents already.
