Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living so close to the overground is great and there are key bus routes going to central. There is an amazing array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars and a few rave destinations so it’s occasionally noisy all weekends. There is no residents parking and these are all new developments so you can’t get street parking from the council.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quickly and sent out the relevant people which was great
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Neighbours seems really friendly and nice sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a lot of range of bars and restaurants around.. mostly pizzas and burgers unfortunately but you can still find different ones at 20 minutes walk. Transport links I found it amazing.. Appart of the overground collapsing from time to time you still got Stratford in 15 mins walk and have an alternative.. or buses or use your bicycle. There is no parking in my building unfortunately but you can always apply for resident vouchers and get a good deal if you needed… about noise .. well it’s Hackney Wick so what can you expect? …also there are a lot of buildings in construction around…but the building is well done so if you close your windows and doors it’s better.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had only couple of questions or things to talk about since I’ve been here and both of them were answered promptly and with a positive response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish there were a near post office around that’s all.. and still… I have no problem to travel a bit more for that as the rest is easily sorted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Dalston is amazing - loads of cool wine bars, it’s busy but our building’s off the main road so we’re not affected by street noise. Dalston had places to go out and also to shop, great food spots and easy to get all over north London on the overground. Down sides is no tube and the overground can sometimes be unreliable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t raised any yet but hopefully they will respond well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not enough storage in the kitchen/generally impractical kitchen. Also absolutely nothing left in the house in terms of appliances, very very minimal furniture etc. not necessarily a bad thing for some people but annoying if you’re used to some level of stuff upon arrival.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very well located next to Haggerston overground location. Plenty of cafes and parks in walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve fixed a broken window and washing machine.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They only do 12 month term as they raise the rent every year

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, nice generally well-built apartments, and really well insulated which is great in the winter.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I'd known that if anything broke in the apartment it would be nearly impossible to get it fixed
What is the best feature of your home:
The location of the development is amazing, walking distance to angel and shoredtich and well connected to get anywhere in london
