In general I really satisfied of my choice. I have everything that I need just 1 min away from my house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Locations of the building is amazing, everything that you need is close by. A lot of transport just nearby 2 min away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responding fast, but not doing any action to fix any problems inside the flat

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My personal opinion before the tenant moved in , better to arrange the check-in report with a new tenant and do all the checks with tge person, who is going to live there. Then nobody will be disappointed

Quality of local shops is great

Maya (Tenant)

Mercantile House, UB8

Oct 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quality of local shops is great, availability and transport links are excellent. Anti- social behavior is really average.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They just replied that they aware of the issues but takes a month to resolve it or they just say it’s not their responsibility to do that issue and we have to call police or contact with council and these two organizations will say it’s your landlord and building management responsibility.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If they were aware of the building lift issue which is always out of order or just one of them is working. And about CCT which is not working in this building.

BEAUTIFUL & EXQUISITE

P-N (Tenant)

Mercantile House, UB8

Sept 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This development is at the heart of the Uxbridge town centre and is a stone throw away from Metropolitan/Picadilly lines and Uxbridge bus station. It's vibrant at all times especially on the weekend with great eat-out places and bars. It's noisy but when I go into my apartment, the window type shuts out all the noise which is just divine. It's a great choice especially if you're single because most apartments here are studios. Downside only is that it does not come with parking and trying to find parking is a real hustle because it's accessible but very expensive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is an app for all maintenance issues. When a problem should arise, the app is where these problems are reported. Response is usually within 23 hours with timely solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Security is important and it is essential feel safe and know who to go to if a safety issue should arise. This is primarily due to some missing parcels.

Nice flats if you can handle the attitude around here

Mercantile House Tenant (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mercantile House is located in the middle of the center with all major shops and services near by. Less than 1' walking distance from the underground and bus station. Bin collection on weekly days and Saturday is early! No parking available, poor Amazon delivery service! Excellent location though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a ticket system for snags in place but unfortunately it takes ages before something is done! Until today's date, 3 weeks after moving in nothing has been done about it yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told there would be a new management company in charge but the service I have received since I moved in is 0,00.
