It has a wide range of grocery stores that are a few minutes away - tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda for example. City centre is only a 10 minute walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very helpful whenever I have asked for support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't have any complaints. If the rent stays the same, then I will want to live here longer.

It is in the most perfect spot, plenty of stores around and just a 10 minute walk from central Manchester, what more could you want!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have helped me out with whatever advice i have needed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how close to the centre it was! Added an advantage to an already amazing apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has got no green spaces. also sometimes it’s annoying having the people under the bridge smoking marihuana but other than the area is really good and so close to everything

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I ve had maintenance requests couple of times and it’s been quick.

Everything was as expected.nothing in specific to complain about.

Brilliant location. Bit of a shame not having on site parking but apart from that cannot complain at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond promptly and very well to any issues we have raised.

Nothing much, we were well informed about everything.

Safe area with clean surroundings, nice cafes, restaurants, open spaces, good transport, and parking

No. Not even in the first review , no one got back to me for any further information

The reception is awful and unprofessional. They need training
