There are no shops really close by but there are a couple within 20mkins walk or 5 min drive. Bins are collected well and there is plenty of availability for parking on the streets

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have no needed to raise any issues with the property management company

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely go for a walk around the whole estate to really get a feel for it.

The development has continued to grow and is close to local amenities such as a golf course pub and local shop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no problems regarding the house or development

That the estate was going to continue to grow huge and new houses were coming out with a slightly better layout

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is developing with more areas for the children to play being added. It's quiet and friendly with some traffic noise but this is minimal

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven't had to. I've not needed to raise any issue

Walk around the whole development at different times and days to get a feel for it

Whitehaven Town centre is a short drive away, about 50 mins walk. No public transport currently serves the estate but I believe there are plans for a bus when the estate is finished. Parking is fine for our street but the newer parts of the estate are very close together with few additional spaces. Bins are collected regularly. No anti social behaviour and no traffic noise. There's a bit of noise from the houses still being built.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a few snagging issues that were sorted quickly.

Get a snagger! Story's will sort what they find. Also, don't expect your garden to have beautiful lawn. Underneath the topsoil is rubble and rubbish.

Local bar in walking distance and there is a park for kids. Brilliant access to walking spots and views.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn’t have any issues so I am unable to answer but they did review the snag list

Pay more and get them to paint your rooms because all white is boring
