Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cranbrook is a nice town with some lovely Independent retailers, coffee shops and a wine bar and soon to be Italian restaurant to add to a few others. There are pockets supermarket is Coop so not desperately exciting. Parking is free and plenty of car parks. There are some areas that are not so nice and some kids with not a lot to do who can cause problems now and again

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is a warm and inviting small community. There is always someone to chat to or to call should you need assistance of any kind.

What is the best feature of your home:

The large windows letting in the light. The good materials used in the construction of these homes and the good quality fittings used internally .

The development is such a lovely and picturesque one. Cranbrook is classified as a small town and is perfect for what we want. The potential new estate, next door, won’t effect some of the views of some of the houses but must be taken into consideration when looking to buy a house there.

How much it would change our lives for the better) - we should have moved to the countryside years ago!
