Lovely location and development however the property management lets it down its already startong to look dated and worn in places

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The gym has a huge hole in ceiling the doors dont all work in certain blocks walls need painitng and repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The maintenance qnd property management let the place down things are not getting repairs properly and then not being repaired on time

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good variety of shops and restaurants. I would rather if parking is cheaper. The area behind the building is dodgy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good level of response and good communication. Sometimes it takes time to respond

That the parking is not included in the rent. And the tenancy length

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to Jewelry Corner and the School of Law, and it is very convenient to have classes, and across the road is a Tesco, which is very convenient for shopping, with a small restaurant on the left and a supermarket on the right. However, there is less light on the low floor, and sometimes it will be noisy at night, because the noise on the road can be heard clearly and the maintenance is not very timely

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If I need repair, they will reply to my email immediately, telling me that they have received my repair application, but the service workers are very busy

If it was me, I'd like to see a photo or video of my room before I enter

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for public transport. A little walk to local cafes and bars but there is a Tesco opposite which is very convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. All you have to do is log any issues on the app and the maintenance man comes round to repair it on a Thursday

There is free parking on the road behind! (Although take a wheel lock just to be safe)

The place is great and quiet. There is parking, but I don't use it because I don't have a car. I recommend staying in this place.

They are very interactive and responsive. Thank you very much

There is nothing, the place is nice and the experience is very beautiful
