The noise is loud from the clubs but other than that all good shops and close to most things ……………….

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast and fairly done any jobs that needed to be done amazing work

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lifts are always breaking down and are very busy and the bin yard is a night mare

The good thing is access, shops and transport are easy because everything is in range and the location is fantastic but the one thing they failed to do is secure parking for the residents which brings everything to a 5 out of 10.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent and quick to fix the issues at hand which is good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking if they told us that we would never get Parking we would have considered some other place but instead in the beginning we were told Parking would be available but at a cost which was better than nothing and now after moving in we were told they couldn't give us Parking after signing contracts and everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is near to City Center, which is very convenient to get anything at any time, since food, medicines. etc. No noise that I can hear from neighbors or the neighborhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did not have any problems so far, and all issues they fixed within a good time response.

Nothing that I can think of. I don't know, thanks.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The elevators are constantly unavailable but the sound of construction is constant and way too loud and also the bins are always full which forced me to leave my trade on the ground

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I told them about my light in my bathroom they came to fix it in a couple of days

I would have liked to know how airy the place is and how hot it gets in the spring

When I first moved here I was very excited until all the faults water was faulty is mainly always cold and lifts always Broken I’m paying 960 for a two bed and a balcony when I could pay that for a house but management is good

Fast but not fast at the time I been wanting hot water for a while but

That the lift would work and how hot the water would be and not lukewarm
