Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love having the co-op at the end of our road for emergencies, there is also a fantastic bike path alongside the main road that we will be accessing in the summer to get to school and back. The parking on the street has been a little bit difficult as the workmen are still there, however I foresee that this will get better once works have been completed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When moving in to the property we were not supplied with the Hive display. I was able to get in touch with Sally directly who is personally chasing this for us. This felt very reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That our garage didn’t have a power supply to it. This would be great to add in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely area, surrounded by open parkland. Easy access to a range of conveniences - various big-name retailers, including a Co-op right on the corner, loads of local pubs and eateries. The entire area is newly developed, and offers plenty of parking, including on street and off-street for residents. Several options for access to London, in close proximity, via various rail routes from Fleet, Farnham or Aldershot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Leaf Living app makes raising problems extremely easy. The management team is responsive and follows up, post resolution, to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Properties are well-designed and include various thoughtful considerations. Plenty of plug points in all rooms and ready installed internet connectivity are a huge plus. The area is lovely - a remote feeling but very easy access to all daily conveniences.
