Incredible location on the quay side, close to all transport links into the city and the site management team, notably Carla are superb. The communal spaces available to us are amazing, and in particular the roof terrace is stunning - we just require some sunshine now ha.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always attentive, always responsive there have been some challenges with a couple of water leaks which is understandable as it’s a brand new building but these were addressed quickly and without any additional disruption.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No issues here really I don’t have anything that was not explained to me in advance of moving in.

Great transport links and parking. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, being able to walk straight onto the quays with an amazing view

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been responsive to any issues and let us know via the app if there’s any communal issues in the building

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building is quiet with no students, having experienced noisy neighbours for years this is a positive change.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The surrounding area is fantastic. 7 minute walk to Media City where there are lots of bars/cafes and the Lowry mall which has theatre, shops and more restaurants. Tram stop right outside that gets you into the city centre in 20 minutes. The water is right outside and is lovely to walk around in all seasons.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficiently and effectively. All the staff are friendly, accommodating and pleasant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish I knew was that our parking space would be on level 13; however, this is only a very minor inconvenience

The area around the building is beautiful and accessible to city center. There is barely any noise coming from outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded very well to any issues in a very short time

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that council tax would be very high for a single person

Transport 10/10 Location 10/10 Parking - available to pay- no street parking, cheap car parks near by for guests

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was more disappointed with initial moving in difficulties/communication & nothing was really done to mitigate/compensate this apart from offer an Amazon voucher (which still hasn’t been gives).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Use tin foil to cover walls to stop inevitable splash back from food. Bring your own heater during super cold periods (im quite a cold person though)
