Lovely flats with modern appliances and spacious layout. Recycling facilities within reach. Allocated parking space with locked and safe car park available. Lots of green and access to communal gardens/playgrounds (and also nearby parks). Access to school as well, although not applicable in my case.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice, tranquil area with a family vibe and sense of community. Plenty of shops and amenities in nearby Horsham and Crawley areas, but transport is needed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always promptly responding to issues and requests and very accommodating.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Limited transport links. Ideally need a car to travel and access shops.

Salt the Sidewalks

Property management need to step their game up when it comes to safety during icy winter months. Open up the bbq pits and take a refundable deposit. If people don't want to pay a deposit...they have no right hiring the pit in the first place end of story.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - location, noise pollution, quality of life, parking Bad - rental price rates, mess not being cleaned up....broken plastic has been in the car park on Holmbush Mews for months and has yet to be cleaned up... Worse - during the winter the sidewalks are unwalkable. Someone needs to take responsibility and salt the damn sidewalks. If you expect your tenants to walk on the road and risk getting hit by a car, you're out of your God damn mind. The bbq pits being out of commission. Open them back up and demand a refundable deposit for cleaning. If nobody wants to pay the deposit all the more reason THOSE people should not be hiring the pit in the first place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management on the ground are friendly and approachable

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bbq pits being out of commission. Really annoying that everyone gets the rough end of the stick for a few people being irresponsible

Much improvement needed

Design was very poor of our actual flat. No windows in the living/ kitchen. In the summer the temperature in our flat reaches over 40 degrees. Property management has been poor over the years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Been promised a local shop for many years now which still hasn't been delivered. Location is out of the way a bit but this doesn't bother me. Anti-social behaviour is increasing which is disappointing as the Green is no longer manned 24/7.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow! Often asked for works to be carried out whilst I'm at home, but they normally let themselves in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much rent would increase whilst the services decreased. Definitely would have avoided

Nice place to live

The development is continuing to grow which is great as some really nice houses around. However for years we’ve been promised a shop, doctors, community centre which is always in the planning of the next phases but never appears. As the development gets bigger we are due a train station too as we’re not far of the train tracks. Public transport links aren’t great, the latest bus that stops at the development is about 7pm.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Green is a nice place to live, we rent a 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony and love it, have been here over 3 years. Free parking, on-site gym, bbq areas, social area & hall are a few amenities we have on offer. Very quiet neighbourhood and never any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The green can take their time to come back with queries and a lot of moss communication between them ans savills head office.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew our local shop was a 15 minute walk and the public transport links aren’t great.

A place with potential limited by lack of investment

My flat is perfect for me at the moment, layout, build quality and aesthetics I’m happy with. They’re very well insulated so keep bills down, although can become intolerably hot in the summer. In the winter, corridor heaters are limited to

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The short distance to Crawley/Horsham makes for easy access to amenities by car, if your plan is to drink or travel onwards however the lack of public transport basically limits your options to taxis, which can be expensive and unreliable Parking is very limited, it’s fine for me with just the one car, but it will not be possible to live here when I decide to live with my partner

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally they haven’t. Things directly in their control they have been helpful, however when something need approval or to go via the landlord it seems to get lost and never actioned

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How underutilised the Clubhouse is. It’s a great little place that one would expect to provide social and recreational benefit. In reality it basically doesn’t get used, and I think my self and most residents would be happy to part with it in exchange for lower rent
