The build is located in a great place, many great transport links along with a plethora of bars and restaurants. The street itself also has a lot of amenities and shops. It's also a very great area in general with friendly people, lots of great sights and green spaces to visit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff are great and have helped with any issues that I have faced.

Bring me box makes ordering online really easy and efficient as you can go downstairs to collect your package at any time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Point is located extremely well, very centrally in Aberdeen. There are plenty of bars/shops/cafes nearby, with other attractions such as the Maritime museum and The Art Gallery being located very close by too. Union Square Shopping centre, and the train station are also a short walk 10 minute walk away. This allows for excellent transport links out of the city. There is a bus stop with buses to the airport located nearby. Plenty of parking options in the vicinity. Belmont street is located right next to The Point with a lot of bars/pubs/restaurants on offer. Overall, a high quality location that makes living at The Point highly convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been no problems/issues as such. Everything has been excellent. Any requests/queries I have had were met with a great attitude and assistance was provided each time.

Bookings for some of the bookable spaces such as the TV room/club room are highly competitive!

Centrally located in the city center, the area boasts an impressive range of shops, pubs, and restaurants, all supported by ample social amenities. For a relaxing break, the nearby library, museums, and the lovely Aberdeen Public Park are great options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Concerns are tackled swiftly and discreetly, ensuring a satisfying resolution every time.

The incredible rental price of this place is such a game changer—it means I could have skipped the endless search and all those tedious viewings of other properties!

Shops in the local area are great, very close by and easy to access, there is some noise from the pub at times, Plenty of places to eat at Union Square

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, fixed a door lock problem promptly, brad was very nice

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had been given more info upon moving in, some advice on how to operate electrical items would be nice

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many really great coffee shops in the area, as well as easy to reach shops that stay open later. Despite being next to the train line and major roadways, the building insulation keeps the noise out. The area is beautiful, and in the spring when the flowers bloom the Union Terrace Gardens next door are amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, once the wifi in the laundry room went out and the staff did a good job of keeping us in the loop on when we could expect repairs from the external company.

The fact that you can walk across the street to the Art Gallery at any time of day is just great
