Very close to all shops and restaurants .. walkable distance, parks and good environment Secured , I have been living in this apartment for the past 6months and I have no regrets whatsoever

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes , they responds to issues and complaints very fast

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be very honest , it’s the parking , there is a very big space behind the building which I think they might want to use as a free parking space later ..not sure though

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops ,railway station , bank all near to the building. Very comfortable, gym, sky lounge courtyard also available. But no car parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. We have one app to sort out the complaints and all these things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All the shops , railway station and bus station near to the building. That is very very good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lot of shops, transport is really accessible, no anti-social behaviour. Town is busy but you enjoy it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded relatively quick, once I mentioned an issue, it was dealt with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much space the 1 bedroom has, if I had known the rent would’ve been relatively the same, I would’ve gotten a two bed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Within 2 minute walking distance from local shops (Tesco, Iceland etc) and right next to Warrington Central for train travel which is excellent. No on site parking unfortunately but there is a pay and display car park opposite the flats which is affordable. Bins are sometimes over crowded so could do with some additional ones but are collected and emptied on a regular basis.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Small maintenance issues are dealt with very quickly by the handy on site maintenance bloke, larger issues that require outside contractors are a bit slow.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I was aware how long after moving in that the roof terrace would still be closed for. I was told when I signed the contract everything would be open in 2 weeks, but 2 months later, still closed.
