The apartment block is located is a perfect area, public transport is on your front door, makes my route to work a lot easier. Shops are a 5 minute walk away with a local pub just across the road and once in the complex there is no sound from the outside. Security is amazing and always welcoming when entering the complex. Bins are always emptied and maintenance are always making sure the residents are following the correct procedures, the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had an issues with my apartment but I always get asked how everything is and the app is perfect for any issues!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My only issues wish I had a ground floor apartment as they have a small outdoor space which would be perfect for my dogs. Other than that, the apartment and complex is amazing and I love walking in to the friendly staff and having a chat and a laugh!

Living here has been great — plenty of green spaces, friendly neighbors, and excellent transport links. There are lots of small cafes and local stores, and everything feels quite safe and peaceful. Bin collections are regular and the streets are well-kept.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate support Everytime I am raising tickets.They are easy approachable and friendly as well

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support from the property managers — they’re friendly, professional, and proactive. It’s not something you always get in a rental! The flat itself is cozy, and the neighborhood has a nice community vibe."

The area has convenient transportation and is close to the bus and train station. There are many different types of restaurants nearby, and shopping is also relatively convenient. Personally, I have not encountered any issues with anti-social behavior. The only problem is that some dogs relieve themselves in the area, which negatively impacts the community environment and hygiene.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is proactive, though improvements needed.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the annual rent increase. It’s important to be aware that the rent will rise each year, which can affect your long-term budgeting. It’s a good idea to ask about rent policies during the viewing so you’re prepared for future increases.

Lovely location right next to train & bus station and town centre. Warrington is a great place to live. Lots of parks, restaurants and bars. It has a community feel. My only complaint is the pub across the road can be loud with music until 12.30am at weekends. Having previously lived in Manchester it doesn’t bother me but maybe for families or those who work weekends it might. Overall I love living here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we moved in they were very quick and attentive. As we’ve lived here a year and there’s more people here, it takes longer once you’ve raised an issue to get someone out to look at it. But they always do a good job.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would just say to be conscious of the noise from nightlife. I wouldn’t live here if I worked different hours or had children.
