It is very close to the town centre and train station so close to everything that is needed The main issue is that there is no form of parking which is extremely difficult

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every issue raised has been answered pretty much straight away so I have no complaints!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poor the parking was, there is very limited options that don’t requirement payment

This accommodation is in the perfect spot! The train station is next door which I have found essential and so handy. There are plenty of shops also on the door step which is great! The only problem & a major problem would be the parking. There is no car parking what’s so ever. And the local paid car parks are very expensive and run out at mid night, so you are very likely to be ticketed by the wardens that come round at 1AM.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very friendly and efficient! Always willing to help!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known about the rent increase & also the facilities included in the gym as they have been disappointing. On a good note the staff are so friendly and really makes the place feel like a community.

Fabulous location in the town centre including full range of shops and restaurants. Transport links are excellent with train station next door and bus station a few steps away! No parking available at the moment but not an issue with the public transport options. Limited traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and professionally. Excellent service. Confidence a task will be undertaken to the highest standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Thorough induction process, with a high focus on health and safety procedures. Operating instructions etc. Turn the boiler off when you go on holiday or away from the apartment for a few days, saves on electricity costs. Apartments well insulated. Rarely need to turn the heating on!

Ideal place to commute to Liverpool/ Manchester. Great area, up and coming with great places to eat.

The apartment block is located is a perfect area, public transport is on your front door, makes my route to work a lot easier. Shops are a 5 minute walk away with a local pub just across the road and once in the complex there is no sound from the outside. Security is amazing and always welcoming when entering the complex. Bins are always emptied and maintenance are always making sure the residents are following the correct procedures, the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had an issues with my apartment but I always get asked how everything is and the app is perfect for any issues!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My only issues wish I had a ground floor apartment as they have a small outdoor space which would be perfect for my dogs. Other than that, the apartment and complex is amazing and I love walking in to the friendly staff and having a chat and a laugh!
