Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I am very pleased with the location of this development, close to the city centre and just a few minutes walk to the closest bus stop. Shops very close by within a 5 minute walk. Superstores within a 10 minute drive. Bin collection timely and clean. Parking on site is limited due to availability but can park at a restaurant 1 minute walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve sorted things out in a timely manner, good communication
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Electric water heating, not used to having the hot water having a limited tank then needing to be reheated, no gas on site.

We're really pleased to hear you're enjoying the apartments, the communal spaces, and the location. Your shout-outs to the concierge team and to Paddy from maintenance will definitely be passed on—they’ll be thrilled to know their efforts are appreciated. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Parking is tight. The 2 spaces for each property don't give you enough room to open your car doors. Sometimes the bin lorries can't get past parked cars so they just leave the bins full for another 2 weeks. The developers aren't very supportive when trying to tackle antisocial behaviour from neighbours. I have had to call the police due to being blocked in by neighbours. The road is very quiet as it's a cul de sac.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes but you have to be very stern and persistent before action takes place.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How much the rent would increase and how tight the parking is. If you have one car your neighbours will try and encroach on your space. People have too many cars, too many visitors. Prepare to be blocked into your own driveway.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to take on board your comments. We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with your rental increase. Unfortunately, as a business, our rents have to aligned with that of the local market and we have seen rents across the UK rise considerably in the last few years. We do try to take a considered approach for our residents staying with us, to get a balanced approach to any increases. We're pleased to hear that you'd recommend Simple Life to others.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Positives: - Within a 5-8 minute drive away from local shops and amenities such as Saisbury's, Aldi and Cannon Park Shopping Centre - A 5 minutes drive away from Tile Hill Primary Care Centre (containing a GP and Dental services) as well as Tile Hill Library - A 2 minute drive (10 minute walk) from Cromwell Garage, making convenient for MOT testing - 4 minute drive from Tile Hill Station (has free parking) - 11 minute drive from Coventry City - Apartment comes with a parking slot and there is visitor parking behind the building. Negatives - No food waste bin - Neighbours (both within and outside the building) can be quite noisy at night. E.g. Playing loud bass-heavy music at night - The bin shed lock breaks frequently and neighbours do not even bother to lock the shed door after use.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Wise Living's Fixflo online reporting system makes handling maintenance issues very convenient. Issues that are not deemed to be the tenant's fault will be repaired for free. Landlord/building management respond quite quickly to emails and will send out PSA emails to all building tenants to notify them of notable issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Get yourself a portable air conditioner because the Apartment can reach up to around 31°C Buy a curtain and curtain holder for the large window, since it does not come with one.
