The Watford high Street boats every store, amenity and restaurant that one could imagine. The gym and a variety of supermarkets are only a short walk away making the location quite convenient.

Be mindful of the quiet hours because your neighbors will definitely complain haha

The local area is convenient, it is accessible for work and entertainment purposes. There is a bar area and they hold events for the guests which I have really enjoyed and I am looking forward to more events in the future!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised, as I have had no problems. I have noticed they come in and check if everything is ok of time to time though!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, not really. Just wished the restaurant stayed opened but they started to do events that have been entertaining.

I absolutely love living at The Clarendon! Watford offers everything you need, from the vibrant Atria shopping centre to great restaurants and open spaces. Transport links are excellent, with fast trains from Watford Junction to London Euston. The area is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with a friendly community feel.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the parking situation - it can be challenging at times, especially during peak hours.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is its proximity to Watford Junction, making travel to central London quick and convenient.

Excellent location 4 mins walk to Watford Junction and 3 mins walk to Watford High St and shops and restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Should have known more about the developer and their service and quality history. Clarendon may just be a really bad apple amongst their portfolio of properties. Insist on completing the snagging before you complete your purchase.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views from the roof terrace are the best. Cinema room is fabulous. Location is second to none with main station and High street within 3-4 mins walk with a vast range of shops and restaurants. Central London is a quick 15-20 mins by train.

Thank you for taking the time to post your views. We appreciate all feedback. We are naturally sorry that any aspect of your experience has fallen short of expectations. We offer all of our customers the opportunity to fully inspect their properties before and after legal completion. Generally, we are able to work with our customers during the very busy time of early completions. All properties are inspected several times, but we do appreciate that with the very best of intentions, we may miss some cosmetic issues, which is why we do encourage our customers to inspect their new home, as they are likely to spot things once they are living in their home. We are sorry about the water issues that occurred for some of our early residents. We have a leak detection system, which is great for our residents as it is an early warning system for any leaks, which can unfortunately occur and potentially cause damage to neighbouring properties. Unfortunately, there was a teething issue with this system as the algorithm adjusted to expected water usage. This has now been addressed and during this phase, we monitored the situation to ensure that our engineers responded within a few hours to each reported situation. The team based at The Clarendon are committed to addressing all queries raised, and unlike many developers, our residents always have named individuals, who are dedicated to them. Clearly we have fallen short in your case, for which we are very sorry.
