Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient shops. Local bars and places to dine which are dog friendly. Some antisocial behaviour, but feel safe and secure in the apartments.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response has been overall positive. In my personal experience, depending on the team member whom reports of issues are sent to, can be hit and miss.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were originally promised independent shops and restaurants/cafès on the development site, however once I had initially moved into the development, it was noted that this phase was not in the works just yet, but we are all excited for the prospect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location with easy access to train and tube station and a short drive to the town centre. Diverse community which offers everyone a sense of connectedness and inclusion .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have always been responsive and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The natural light on the ground floor in my townhouse is very poor because of the building wall adjacent to my townhouse.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Right next to a big morrisons with plenty of other shops/takeaways within a 5/10 min walk. Watford Station is a 15 minute walk or there’s a bus that’s right outside. Electric bike rental station right outside for commuting around watford and location is very safe. Just the right distance outside the city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have a app to do bookings or raise any concerns which is always dealt with quickly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not much overall everything is outlined pretty well when we were shown about only thing I can say is the fact the rent goes up (not by much)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
For anyone needing easy travel into london or up north then travel access is made very easy from this location as the M1 and M25 are both only a 15 minute drive away. There’s also a metropolitan line station about a 20 minute walk away too which makes things very convenient. Shopping wise there’s a Morrisons literally across the road which makes it very easy to just walk over and grab anything that’s needed. Take away options in the area are limited however there’s a wide range of options in Watford town centre, most of which are available for delivery.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve only had a few issues and queries since moving in and all have been addressed very quickly and in a very friendly way.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the parking situation for guests isn’t the easiest, although there are various places in the local area with available parking, the properties parking facilities don’t allow for guests to park there so any potential overnight guests or family coming over may have a hard time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Watford could have better range of restaurants and shops although it’s overall not bad and only 20 minutes from London in the overground.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes we’ve raised a number of minor issues over the 3 years we’ve lived here and all were dealt with. We have had no major issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The light in our room at night is quite bright however they have addressed this somewhat with a bracket they installed so the blind covers the whole window frame.
