Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: location and staff are the best factors Bad: some of the neighbours are weed smokers and some choose not to follow basic rules within the terms and conditions of their lease. Teenagers from local high schools have destroyed the play area for kids.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes! We have had issues with doors and heaters which has been looked into within 24 hours of raising the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Cortland community is something I was not aware of however I can see a lot of activities that are emailed across throughout the year.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Building and amenities on site are brilliant! However Parking is a bit of a nightmare, the area is good location for most things, gorgeous walks by the canal on the doorstep. It would be great to fill the shop spaces below to offer a few new exciting things on the doorstep
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues responded to in a timely manner and with a good service
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t give enough consideration to the parking situation. This is the only thing I wish I considered more

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Poor inadequate design, very carelessly built, many snags that haven’t yet been fixed, misleading pre-move promises that were not fulfilled after signing contract, management and reception extremely rude and entitled. Terrible neighbours as most of them have not been through the referencing process, smoking weed in the commmon areas all the time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Barely and with a lot of back and forth and me convincing them that they should address these issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I never moved in there are so many things to mention but I will try to write a non-exhaustive list below, The neighbours, The area traffic The management entitled Reception not doing anything they’re asked Design of the building and the many snags and low quality materials Parking
