Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close transport links, large variety of grocery shopping, restauraunt/brunch options, nearby schools are great. Very limited free public parking options due to proximity to Wembley Stadium.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Dawn and Rebecca from Rendall & Rittner have been very helpful and responsive to our questions and have demonstrated a genuine interest in improving our development
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Area is surrounded by student living apartments leading to anti-social behaviour over some evenings (eg end of term). Electric car charging options are very limited at the moment in this area.

It's a very good location and it's so easy to get to Kings Cross, Liverpool Street and Stratford. It would be better if there are more local restaurants or cafe. I always enjoy walking in the wetlands or along the canal
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are good at communicating issues and progress update to the residents and they care about the building
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The constant wind around the entrance and on my balcony is quite annoying but I guess there's not much anyone could do.

After a year and a half of living here I still love it, the flat is great and the location is excellent. So many great amenities and so easy to get into central.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Slow and often unhelpful. I have had a window I cannot open since Sept last year and it still isn't sorted..
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How slow the management company would be at sorting out issues.

Really great place to live, one of the easiest routes into London with the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines pretty much on your doorstep. The local shops, bars and restaurants are multiplying by the week, so much new development it's only going to get better.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Eventually we have been able to tick everything off the list.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we would have know the SLAs for fixes within the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a wide array of restaurants, entertainment spaces and shops thanks to the London Designer Outlet, Boxpark Wembley and more. Transport links are fantastic with local buses and Wembley Park tube station just a few minutes away, getting you to Central London in less than 20 minutes. The street can be quite noisy at times with regeneration and development in the immediate area, but this will only be a benefit for residents once completed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I raised an issue with our front door that was resolved in a timely fashion.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about where meters i.e gas and electric were in the building, and that I would need the building manager to open the cupboard for these as they aren’t accessible to a tenant individually. This caused some minor hiccups initially with meter readings.
