Very easy accessible location - easy commute options - safe location with shops for essentials just at the door.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We didn’t get to view the flat in person as we came from Edinburgh I do wish we got to see it as we got a much better idea of space / and could ask better questions but we did get them all answered the Monday we moved in
What is the best feature of your home:
The view is so stunning we have a lovely big balcony which looks to the north

It's a safe neighborhood in general. There are a few express stores nearby. Cable car to O2 is within a stone throw's away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Heating daily standing charges at £0.56 per day (mandatory) and heating & hot water charges at £0.0946 per kWh. There is no option to switch service provider.
What is the best feature of your home:
Underfloor heating is an advantage but it's not functioning well when the hot water supply is not stable.

North Acton is great for commuting with easy access to the central and Elizabeth Line. Parking is limited as nothing on the street being located close to the A40. Development is perfect for train getters. The area is generally quite quiet, a few student accommodation blocks near but you never see any students around.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gym wasn’t built when we moved in and took 1 year longer to be ready than promised.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature is the spacious rooms that allow a lot of sunlight through.

Very poorly looked after and the landlord is very ignorant for people who are paying rent to stay , absolute disgrace

Over 2 months and not even a update on when or what sorr of meaures taking place to sorr out the ussue

Very helpful, all queries answered promptly , very friendly.

We knew Canary Wharf estate company has had years of development plan in the area.
