A lot of problems with cladding which raised the service charge. Building management is awful

It is a nice neighboorhood with good facilities and train lines. Just the wrong building.

The building is close to a variety of shops including food takeaways, lovely restaurants and clothing departments as well as supermarkets. It's a slight walk to the station at East Croydon but worth it for proximity to the high street and facilities in the area.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don't think there is anything as I did extensive research and asked many questions of my landlord. Very satisfied.

I personally enjoy this area. A lot of shops around and always feel safe. Very close to central London with good transport.

Developing a lot and the neighbourhood's changing all the time, new people arriving, coffee shops restaurants and bars everywhere, Boxpark is great for lots of different types of cuisine and great social spot for meeting friends. Area is a bit rough, back streets are dirty , some anti social young people around who make you feel unsafe , especially at night

Happier than expected, been here 6 years and very satisfied especially as the building goes up in value
