Family Mosaic is a property developer who merged with Peabody in July 2017 and was itself formed of a merger between the Family Housing Association and the Mosaic Housing Association in 2006. As a result of the merger with Peabody, it now owns 55,000 homes spread across 29 London borough with over 2,000 homes in Sussex, Essex, Hampshire and Kent.
