A little grungy near the courthouse. Some interesting characters floating around.

The hot water fails regularly and the doorbell that calls your phone is a right pain!

What is the best feature of your home:

Big doors in the bedroom and living room to let in some fresh air.

I like about this area that the location is great

I wish I knew before moving in here that there is an issue with the heating.

One thing I would change about my flat is the heating fixed. No hot water occassionally. Main boiler issue

I like that its very connected but its busy there is police presecne in the park opposite

I wish I knew that pets are not allowed to be here in the flats and that there is car parking space problem

Nice neighbours quite social and the area is quiet safe and very connected to tube and overground its also good for the children

The heating is never fixed and its very difficult to get things fixed here

I like about this area that it is close to parks and cafes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded very well to issues raised. Great mailing system

There is nothing that I wish I knew before moving in here apart from difficulty from travelling fro stansted to here from airport
