Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The closest high street is Hayes town which is not good, dirty and crowded. There are no good resturants chains. Plenty of parks and greenery. Transportation is connected well and within reach. There is sound of transport throughout the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They generally don't respond well and timely. The rent increase is meaningless and untimely as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The mattress quality poor. It deformed in just a few days of use.

Its good area, you have access to asda, a good bus stop, train station, tesco express and a bunch of small asian shops in just 5min walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I faced some issue with my sofa , he replied within 30minutes and next day someone came to check on it the very next day they came with a new sofa , awesome

Ask everything to them, they will help you , i was trying to solve it myself

Good: near town centre and train station,convenient store nearby and gated parking available Bad: Noisy neighbourhood, building doors tend to be left open by community also imposing safety risk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, facilities have been helpful on demand. They have quickly replaced the washing machine and fridge when they broke down and had also checked for leaks that occurred quite quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would be good to know that window opening is very limited. I wish there was less need for the amount of repairs/replacement that would be needed before moved in.

Near industrial properties also very near Train station high street 7 minutes walk also near children's school.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Bit slow. I requested many times for mattress good size one. Because I am living this property near about 8 years now some stuffs become old. Management must need to change.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

tenant smoking inside building. Some smoking Marohana. Now summer time going we need to open our windows for fresh air but once we open windows smoking smell coming up inside windows.

Its located very close to bus and train station, as well as to local shops and other facilities nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always helped me when I needed, especially with in-flat maintenance.

I did not know that the you could help with maintenance.
