Like convenience. Great for young profs. Quiet at night. Nice apartments Sky tv...if can't watch because the dish has blown off, waited a week to fix satellite dish

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Landlord are quick but managers eere not as helpful

About the satellite dish. Management take forever to reposition the dish once it's blown off.

Area is great 20 mins walk to work and all pubs bars close by

No there is nothing i needed to know before i moved in

There isnt anything i would chnage about my property

Bang on location. Everything i need is in the area. Area is full of Restaurants in the square

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Up and down. Sometimes quick. Others took 3 mths to finish it.

They were going to build a sheesha bar....air con on all the time

Occasional disruptive fire alarm drills and some street noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. Landlady and maintenance teams very responsive and deal with issues quickly.

Nothing really comes to mind, maybe just if i had already known my way around, to make things easier.

Area is amazing so close to my place of work.

There havnt een any concerns with maintance but when there was humidity in the bathroom it was resolved
