Great location. Walking distance to everything in town and good transport links for anything further.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Living City. Absolutely useless. Many apartments have serious leaks from exterior windows and doors, these have not been fixed for over 2 years. Water literally pours into apartments. Car lifts break regularly trapping residents cars either in or out of the building. Had to wait months to be reimbursed after having to move out for two days as water was turned off. Repeatedly lied to by management about delays to payments.

Maintenance isnt a priority. Building management just don't care

Close to the city centre and plenty of supermarkets / shops within walking distance and transport links. Beautiful scenery and perfect place to go for strolls outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within several days they’ve been here to resolve the issue as none of them have been emergencies. They have always been friendly and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish before I had moved in that the car lift is not always working however I do believe this is being fixed and I wish of I’d have known that there is limited space nearby for visitors to park.

Great location 15 min walk from Liverpool one, with views across the Mersey and Liver building. 15 mins from nearest train station but 30 mins from line streets. No super market close by, nearest is 10-15 mins drive but some smaller shapes within walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never responded to issues around the cracks in windows. Car lift remained broken for months

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No major supermarket nearby. No visitor parking. Closes shops only 5-10 min walk.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the area, few shops are nearby but for a little longer walk you can get to many others. Transport is poor around, I don’t usually take bus, but it I would have to it would be a little annoying.

Poor humidity escape issues. Condensation happening in the windows.

As I mention the trash and maybe a service for windows cleaning.

Perfect setting beside the expanse of the river with city views. All the benefits of city centre amenities, both cultural & recreational, with a feeling of being on the coast.

That it can get very windy on the waterfront.......
