Standard location. Couple of Shops nearby, rural. overall not central. Some schools within close reach.

They will not complete planning obligations. They do not understand the planning process.

What is the best feature of your home:

Selling it after a great deal of stress and fixing what Millgates ignored.

Good access to local shops and parks. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking. Some issues with bins and overflowing but still early days

Ask for supplier for blinds/ curtains

All flooring and extras included which are all to a very high standard

Like how it’s up and coming, seems quiet. The space is great and love how it’s surrounded by greenery

The heat of the property as it’s on the top floor.

There are shops a short drive away, with a local supermarket within walking distance. There is also a frequent local bus. I’m regards to parking, there are allocated spaces as well as guest spaces and on street parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had more of an insight into the surrounding areas, but this will come with time.

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan living is something which I really enjoy.
