The apartments have modern interiors and are fitted to a high design. Each has a private balcony, and includes modern, sleek, and design led furniture as part of the package. All apartments have under floor heating, wood flooring in the living areas and fitted wardrobes and carpets to the bedrooms. I live right in the corner flat next to York road and never hear the traffic noise- occasionally an ambulance but the building is very quiet. Great location 10 mins walk to Clapham junction. Within 10 mins there’s lots of great bars and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - as above they do respond but can be very slow to fix repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known how windy the balcony’s are. My furniture out there blows all over the place and I’m afraid it’s going to break or fall off. Think they should mention this when we move in so we don’t buy expensive outdoor furniture!

Great local bars and lots of options for groceries. Just a slight walk away. Transport links are great. Some green spaces with great walks down the river

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty awfully. They rarely know answers to straightforward questions, respond slowly and never take initiative

That concierge aren’t the people to go to with management questions. Management is

Safe area, No tube line but 8-10 min walk to Clapham junction. Very quiet and polite neighbours and a coop close by

Yes they came to sort out a blocked sink. Normally very helpful The buzzer doesn’t work

Ideally how it’s a bit tricky being off a tube line

The building is very close to clapham junction with the 295 and C3 bus stopping right outside. A number of shops at clapham junction and the co-op and a pharmacy 300m away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After raising a few maintenance issues, vida have arranged for various people to come repair the defects

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Vida has a community app with a forum where residents can discuss/ give away items or tickets/ ask for a dog sitter etc.

The food choices are great, transport is good too as stations are a 5 min walk away. There can be loud noise from the road as it is near a main road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are helpful and responsive but the landlord we personally had wasn't very nice to deal with as they increased the rent unreasonably per month and also tried to keep our deposit due to standard wear and tear

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat can be quite dark, sometimes noisy from being above the front door of the main entrance also
