Great building, TERRIBLE management :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links in the area are very good, frequent busses and the tube only a 10 minute walk away. The parking around my building isn’t great, but you can pay for parking close by for visitors. Owning my own car here wouldn’t be an option, though. Being close to the high street, there are many shops which are open late which is convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. We have tried to contact the management multiple times about our heating, to no avail.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that there is no on site reception. And there is a friendly cat :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of local shops around the bin collection is quite frequent however there is quite a bit of noise. The communal area has been taken over by the children who played ball games which usually hit my window a lot. But I can tell that it’s not intentional they’re just having fun. Paul’s go missing as people wait for delivery drivers to drop off parcels and Quickly steal peoples parcels.Everything else is good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The responses have not as has been useful, I’m not really suggesting an appropriate solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The crime rates around the area. I noticed there has been a lot of crimes such as theft stabbings and other types of crimes very close to where I stay

It’s ok.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: -local shops -nice design -local everything (post office, Argos) Not so good: -building managers (do not help resolve problems) -theft -not enough cleaning -a lot of drug use in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

3 out of 5 they try to resolve it but majority of the problems you’re left to deal with alone, such as theft of parcels, management have not done anything to help with this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in I wish I did more research about the area. I believe it’s not very diverse and full of crime.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is ok, however parking situation is very bad. Parking is nearly not existing. Few spaces for multiple houses. Big letdown for such a new development. Traffic noises are there also constantly present. One year was very difficult to rest as development completion was late one year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Email I sent regarding maintenance was never answered ( it was not urgent matter)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That construction wont finish in one year - it took 2 years to complete it after I moved it. Also traffic in the area - causing masaive delays
