An aesthetically pleasing new build with well proportioned rooms and spacious bathrooms. High standard finishings and up-to-date fittings such as induction hobs, comfort cooling, underfloor heating and triple glazing but these haven't been without their issues. Heating and cooling system so modern, even the engineers struggle to understand how it works. No outside window cleaning apparatus or access. And it can be a little noisy in the summer with it being so central to East London night life. All in all, a fantastic location with a communal neighbourly feel and great ammenities near by.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to all areas of London thanks to door step bus routes and the tube/ overground stations a stones throw away. Loads of great bars and restaurants nearby but can get a little noisy
