Overall everything is great. The area is safe, and there is a park close by. The only downside is the traffic.

Yes, all of them. There haven't been many, but they were all taken care of.

The only downside is the traffic, which is pretty bad in the area.

Its decent as its located centrally to many shops and restaurants and in the heart of london and close to my uni.

They have responded well in nice manner without any issues.

That there was no reception and security which is bad

I like about the location is the shops and restaurants available and the nice parks around, as it's very close to the tube station.

I wish I met the flatmates first during the viewing to get to know more about them.
