Perfect location just outside city centre (10 min drive) with great amount of parking which is perfect for me as a driver. Aldi is 3 minutes away and Asda 5mins. Also multiple local butchers and corner shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Thankfully I have not needed any maintenance and have not had any issues thus far

Everything has been as expected. All questions answered on viewing no surprises

Very good location Extremely good gated parking Good transport links (bus) Bin collections on time No antisocial behaviour Quiet Nearby to town by transport and 8 min drive

Able to text them and very professional and friendly

Nothing no regrets Some of the ground floor flats do get cold during winter but the heating is good

Good. It has local shops, restaurants bars and a park in a decent walking range. Bin collections is timely and a lot of parking spaces available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly ok. They have responded timely when issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None. It’s been a good experience so far. I wish I knew about the space a lot sooner.

There’s a few bus stops within a 5 minute walking distance, all the shops you could ask for such a super stores, supermarkets and a vibe selection of take away places.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly, within hours or at least by the next day and the repair people come very quickly too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish we knew before we moved, was that there’s no life to bring our stuff up to the 2nd floor but that’s really it.

Moss Side is quite a dangerous area, although this road is nice and usually fairly clean. Minimum traffic. Gets busy a few days a year for this carnival that happens in the nearby park. I've never used any of the local nearby stores bar a post office down the road. The ASDA is only a 3 min drive from here which is nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually very well and quickly. I needed a washer replaced for example and it's done instantly. They don't mess about really.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Perhaps I'd have lived on the top floor to save some issues with noisy footsteps. But I have saved some money by not doing this.
