I love the location, it’s like the hub where can we travel to central london easily. 15 minutes to Liverpool Street, 20 minute to Oxford

Fantastic location, right outside tube. Supermarket, markets and local shops all on your doorstep.

The wind ventilation system has issues. It will whistle loudly and can cause air pressure issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:
Better doors, windows, and lifts. the main door is needlessly automatic and struggles in wind. Lifts often oos, doors not well sealed.
